Due to the current circumstances relating to the quarantine, on your return from countries under these rules anybody in this situation will NOT be allowed on our premises and MUST make prior arrangements to have your pets picked up by someone else. As this would put us in jeopardy to a 14 day lockdown too. Please advise us on who would be collecting your pet with a contact details.

A day at the kennels starts at 8am when we go down the kennels and open the hatches to let them into their individual outside areas. They are then given their breakfast and cuddles. After breakfast they are all walked individually on extendable leads. They get around 30 mins each. As each dog is walked their kennel hatch will be closed. once all dogs have had a walk, cleaning can begin. One at a time the dogs are let out into the corridor while we straighten or replace any bedding , refill water bowls and clean the floors. The outside sections will be hosed out and then securely locked before the hatches are reopened. Around 1pm we go down to check on the dogs and give any lunches. Between 2pm and 4 pm all dogs get their afternoon walk, again around 30 mins each. Then at around 5pm we go down to give the dogs their dinner and cuddles, straighten bedding and refill water bowls. At around 10pm the dogs are checked for the final time , all hatches closed and any waters refilled. Ready to do it all again tomorrow.
